Our story

My sister Christina and I started Regan Care Partners’ Home and Healthcare in 2015. We are dedicated to caring for people in their homes, or our home, on the South Coast of Massachusetts.  Our home is filled with love; family, food and community. We learned at a young age that family is not limited to relatives. Our family welcomed our first of many foster siblings into our home when I was just six years old.  And going with our mother to take care of our elderly relatives, inspired our home care vision. We found our calling delivering home-based care in an engaged, loving and self-directed way. 

Prior to founding Regan Care Partners’ Home & Healthcare, we spent over 20 years in hotel and restaurant management across the country, perfecting our hospitality skills, experiencing diverse cultures and exploring many parts of the world. We came back to Massachusetts to pursue formal education in nursing, home and hospice care. We were introduced to Dr. Bill Thomas, whose wide-ranging work on human aging follows the Eden Alternative Philosophy of care that builds a culture of “home” where elders direct their own lives.  So, we created our “home” called “Westview” in Fairhaven, MA, as a place for those not able to stay in their own homes any longer and who want to live in a multigenerational family setting. We meet people where they are in their life journey and give them whatever care and support they need. Each housemate has their own private room, families, friends & pet companions are made welcome here. 

Sadly, In November, 2023 Christina received the same loving care that she inspired in others during the last days of her life. Her legacy continues to ensure that every person we touch receives the highest quality of home-based care.
